These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover how you use warpedrealitygames.com (the “Site”) and how Warped Reality Games sells physical board games. By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy from us. Questions? Email tyler@warpedrealitygames.com.

Using the Site

You must be at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian’s permission) to place an order. Use the Site only for lawful purposes: browsing games, managing an account, and buying what we offer. Do not try to break or overload the Site, scrape it in a harmful way, post malware, impersonate anyone, or use someone else’s account. We may suspend access if we believe these Terms are being abused.

Products and pricing

We sell physical tabletop games, including Potions of Azerland on this Site. A purchase here is a physical product we ship to you—not a digital download, unless a listing clearly says otherwise. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before you finish checkout. If a listing is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you. Photos and descriptions are a guide; small differences in print, color, or packaging can happen.

Manatee Sanctuary and other titles may also be sold on Amazon. Amazon purchases follow Amazon’s own terms, shipping, and return rules—not these Terms.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your cart. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email. That email is your confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will tell you and will not charge you—or we will refund you.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Provide accurate billing and shipping information. You are responsible for any taxes shown at checkout when they are collected. If you do not get a confirmation email, check spam, then email tyler@warpedrealitygames.com.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Rates and options appear at checkout before you pay. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers can be delayed by weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. You are responsible for a complete, accurate shipping address. Extra costs from a wrong address, a refused package, or a failed delivery may be yours.

Returns and refunds

If you need a return, refund, or help with a damaged or missing game, email tyler@warpedrealitygames.com with your order number and a short description of the issue, and we will walk you through our returns process. Amazon purchases follow Amazon’s return process, not the policy on this Site.

Privacy

Intellectual property

The Site and our games—including names, rules, components, art, logos, text, and photos—belong to Warped Reality Games or to the respective rights holders. Titles such as Potions of Azerland and Manatee Sanctuary are used by Warped Reality Games as publisher. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute our games, rules, or artwork except as the law clearly allows. Buying a physical copy lets you play the game; it does not transfer copyrights or trademarks.

Accounts

You may create an account to check out faster and view orders. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else used your account. We may close accounts that are unused, inaccurate, or used in a way that breaks these Terms.

Limitation of liability

We run a small independent shop and take care with our games and this Site, but we cannot promise the Site will always be up, error-free, or free of third-party outages (payment, hosting, or shipping partners). The Site and products are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warped Reality Games is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the Site or from products you buy. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under consumer-protection law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future visits and orders.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved by email, courts located in Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law requires otherwise.
